Image Consent

Good Egg Books was established in 2016 by author Pennie Brownlee to publish her trilogy "Magic Places", "Dance with me in the Heart" and "The Sacred Urge to Play". Pennie ran Good Egg Books with great passion right to the end of her life in 2023. The company has been kept in the family, Pennie handed it over to Pen's niece, Becc Dufty, and daughter, Clare Caro.

Clare and Becc have been busy keeping Pennie's trilogy in circulation, and now they are on a mission to make Pennie's Parent-Infant Classes handbooks available to facilitators and publish a book of her articles through Good Egg Books. They are tidying up the paper work and seeking to renew image consent for images previously donated with consent to Pennie for her publications.

I further give my consent to Good Egg Books republish or otherwise transmit the images of my self/children in any medium for all purposes throughout the world.

I understand that the images may be altered and I waive the right to approve of any finished product.

Copyright of images used by Good Egg Books remains with the photographer. Good Egg Books will not sell or license these images.

I release Good Egg Books from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of the images.

In the case of providing consent for minors, I confirm that I am the legal guardian of the child/ren named above and therefore may grant permission on behalf of the child/ren.
